Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use ("ToU") apply to any person accessing the platform PAG — Parc Avenue Group : PAG administrators, business owners and managers, employees, establishment managers, associations, unions and visitors to public mini-sites.

2. Access and credentials

Access to the spaces is granted through a personal identifier (format PAG-ENT-XXXX, PAG-SAL-XXXX, …) and a password. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any action performed from their account. In the event of loss or suspected fraudulent use, the user must immediately notify their manager or PAG.

The manager (business owner) creates and administers their employees' accounts and can reset their passwords.

3. Permitted use

The user agrees to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose (HR management, scheduling, payroll, commerce, booking…) and applicable regulations. In particular, the following are prohibited:

impairing the operation or security of the Platform (intrusion, mass data extraction, circumvention of access rights);
distributing unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory content or content infringing third-party rights;
using other users' data for purposes unrelated to the service;
transferring or sharing access with an unauthorized third party.

4. User content

Documents, data and content published on the Platform (HR documents, payslips, photos, mini-site texts, reviews…) are the responsibility of their author. PAG may remove any manifestly unlawful content that is reported to it.

5. Employee data

Within the Company and Employee spaces, the employer is the data controller of their employees' data; PAG acts as data processor and only uses such data to provide the service. The employee exercises their rights with their employer, with PAG providing its assistance.

6. Notifications and communications

The user may receive notifications (in-app, by email, push notification or SMS) related to the use of the service. They can manage their preferences from their space, except for communications necessary for the operation of the service (security, billing).

7. Availability and updates

PAG endeavors to ensure continuous access to the Platform, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions. Functional updates may be deployed at any time; major updates are announced in the "Updates" section.

8. Suspension and deletion

PAG may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these ToU, non-payment of the relevant company's subscription, or a request from the employer. Data is retained and then deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform and its elements are protected (see Legal Notice). No rights other than the right to use the service are granted to the user.

10. Modification of the ToU

PAG may modify these ToU. The version in force is the one published on the Platform; users are invited to review it and, where applicable, to accept it upon their next login.
