Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the subscription, by any professional (company, association, union, institution — hereinafter "the Client"), to the platform PAG — Parc Avenue Group published by Parc Avenue Group(PAG) ("PAG"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs and the Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. Offers, plans and modules

PAG offers subscription plans (TOP, MEDIUM, STANDARD, MAXIMUM BUDGET) established on a quote basis based on the modules selected by the Client. Each plan provides access to a set of modules defined in the personalized offer validated by PAG (scheduling, payroll, HR documents, CRM, quotes & invoices, mini-site, etc.).

The details of the plan, included modules and negotiated price appear in the Client's Billing area.

3. Add-ons and additional modules

The Client may at any time request the addition ofpaid options or additional modules (for example: additional user, multi-site, PRO mini-site, advanced booking, advanced time tracking, HR+ / Finance+ / Web+ / Secure+ packs).

  • The option is activated by PAG upon the Client's request and takes effect immediately.
  • The price of each option is added to the subscription price. It is indicated in the catalogue at the time of activation (monthly or annual rate depending on the chosen cycle) and appears in the summary of the Billing area.
  • Monthly options are billed at each monthly due date; annual options at each annual due date. The first period may be subject to a pro-rata charge.
  • Packs include several options: the options they contain are not billed a second time.
  • The removal of an option takes effect at the end of the already paid period.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are expressed in euros excluding tax; applicable VAT is added to the invoice. Payment is made by automatic direct debit (PayPal or credit card) according to the chosen cycle — monthly or annual — with automatic renewal by tacit agreement. Access to the Client area is only granted after receipt of the first payment.

Promotional codes apply according to their own terms (duration, plan, combination).

5. Payment default

In the event of a failed direct debit, PAG will send reminders to the Client. If the situation is not resolved within 15 days, access to the Platform may be suspended until payment is made, without prejudice to the amounts owed. The Client's data is retained during the suspension.

6. Term and termination

The subscription is entered into for the duration of the chosen cycle and renews automatically. The Client may request termination from their Billing area ("Request termination"). The request is processed by the PAG team within 48 business hours; access is retained until the end of the already paid period. No pro-rata refund is made for the current period, unless otherwise required by law.

PAG may terminate the subscription in the event of a serious breach by the Client of these GTC or the Terms of Use, following formal notice that has had no effect for 15 days.

7. Changes to pricing and conditions

PAG may update its pricing and these GTC. Any change will be notified to the Client at least 30 days before it comes into effect; it applies at the next renewal. A Client who refuses the change may cancel without charge before that date.

8. Support and availability

Support is accessible from the PAG Helperarea, by email (contact@parcavenue.eu) and by phone (09 70 70 17 92). PAG commits to reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability; maintenance operations are, where possible, announced on the status page.

9. Liability

PAG provides a management tool; the Client remains solely responsible for the data entered, management decisions, social and tax filings, and compliance with their obligations as an employer. PAG's liability, for all causes combined, is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Client over the past twelve months.

10. Personal data

The processing carried out is described in the Privacy Policy. PAG acts as a data processor for the Client's employee data, with the Client remaining the data controller.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the courts within the jurisdiction of Parc Avenue Group(PAG)'s registered office shall have jurisdiction. Mediator: GIRARDIN Kylian.
